' Jogging Onwards '

As a physically fit 15 year old, exersise is very very important to me. I think that staying fit when your young helps greatly for when your older and can help with stress, and if your like me and love to exersise, can be really fun. But with exersiseing regually comes at a price, i have to stay on track with my course work and other activities such as army cadets and other hobbies. Another problem can be maintaaining a healthy diet, if you want to keep staying fit you HAVE to eat healthy and be awear of what you are eating and what it does to your body.

I have the great privalige to live right out in the country side with a lovely little jogging route which goes through a little woods right at my frontdoor step. I try do jogg at least 12 miles a week which for me is not that hard really. I like to keep up to date with my jogging clothes as well, i MUSt look good when im jogging ;)
